Abstract

COMPOSIÇçO ELASTOMÉRICA TERMOPLÁSTICA COM RESISTÊNCIA ELEVADA EM FUSçO, PRÉ-MISTURA, PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAÇçO DA PRÉ-MISTURA, PARA A PREPARAÇçO DE UMA COMPOSIÇçO E PARA A PREPARAÇçO DE ARTIGOS ELASTOMÉRICOS TERMOPLÁSTICOS CONFORMADOS, E, ARTIGOS ELASTOMÉRICOS TERMOPLÁSTICOS FLEXÍVEIS CONFORMADOS. Uma composição elastomérica termoplástica com resistência elevada em fusão, compreendendo: (i) pelo menos uma poliolefina cristalina linear, tendo uma temperatura de fusão (Tm) de pelo menos 100 0C e um Índice de Polidispersidade (PI) de mais do que 20, determinado por meio de uma varredura de freqúência dinâmica isotérmica em 190°C e calculado por meio da equação PI = í00.000/Gc, em que Gc é expresso em Pascal e representa o módulo de interseção (Gc=G'=G") e (ii) pelo menos um elastômero termoplástico (TPE) ou uma mistura que se comporta como TPE, em que o TPE ou a mistura são compatíveis com a poliolefina (i), e possuem uma deformação por compressão abaixo de 50 % em temperatura ambiente após 24 h de compressão (ASTM D395-03, "Deformação por Compressão sob deflexão constante em ar"), em que a quantidade de componente (i) está na faixa de 0,1 a 15 % em peso calculada sobre a totalidade de (i) e (ii); uma pré-mistura (iii) útil como um aditivo de endurecimento de esforço em fusão homogênea para a preparação desta composição; um processo para a preparação de artigos poliméricos conformados desta, e artigos poliméricos conformados assim preparados.
