Abstract
COMPOSIçãO DE LUBRIFICANTE EM Pó PARA TRABALHAR A QUENTE E MéTODO PARA FABRICAR TUBOS SEM EMENDA.A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de lubrificanteem pó da invenção, além da mistura de um de sal de pentaidrato ou decaidrato, anídrico, em borato de sódio e um de sal de sódio ou cálcio de ácido graxo, a mistura de carbonato de cálcio ou lítio como um lubrificante auxiliar pode prevenir borato de sódio (Na~ 2~B~ 4~O~ 7~), solidificado quanto amorfo depois de um processo de fabricação de tubo, contra absorção de umidade, secagem e cristalização para deste modo suprimir a formação de Na~ 2~B~ 4~O~ 7~.5H~ 2~O sobre superfícies internas de tubos de produtos acabados, deste modo permitindo evitar a ocorrência das escamas brancas. Simultaneamente, proporcionam boa difusividade em direção à superfície útil da peça de trabalho,deste modo permitindo prolongar a vida da barra de mandril e a ser amplamente adotada como o lubrificante em pó mais adequado para fabricar tubos sem emenda por laminação por laminadora de mandril.
