Abstract

DERIVADOS DE TRIAZOLONA, TETRAZOLONA E IMIDAZOLONA, COMPOSIçãO COMPREENDENDO OS MESMOS, PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAçãO E USO. A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de triazolona, tetrazolona e imidazolona substituídos de acordo com a Fórmula geral (1) um sal de vício de base ou ácido farmaceuticamente aceitável dos mesmos, uma forma estereoquimicamente isomérica dos msmos, uma forma de Nóxido dos mesmos ou um sal de amónio quaternário dos mesmos, em que as variáveis estão definidas como na reivindicação 1, tendo a atividade de antagonismo de adrenoceptor <244>-~ 2c~ seletiva. Refere-se também a sua preparação, composições compreendendo-as e seu uso como um medicamento. Os compostos de acordo com a invenção são úteis para a prevenção e/ou tratamento de distúrbios do sistema nervoso central, transtornos de humor, distúrbios de ansiedade, distúrbios relacionados com estresse associados com depressão e/ou ansiedade, distúrbios cognitivos, distúrbios de personalidade, distúrbios esquizoafetivos, doença de Parkinson, demência do tipo Alzheimer, condições de dor crónica, doenças neurodegenerativas, distúrbios de vício, transtornos de humor e disfunção sexual.
