Abstract
"CONFORMAçãO HIDRáULICA DE VASILHAME A SECO". Trata-se de um método para conformar um recipiente de aerossol (10), obtendo um contorno de corpo desejado. Um corpo de recipiente (12) é formado em uma forma cilíndrica e instalado em um molde (30), cuja superfície interna define o contorno de corpo desejado. Uma vesícula (74) é encaixada em uma ferramenta (50) que pode ser inserida em uma extremida aberta (M) do corpo do recipiente. Uma vez que a ferramenta esteja inserida, a vesícula é inflada com um fluido hidráulico. Pressurizar a vesícula força a mesma contra uma parede lateral do corpo, forçando o corpo para fora e deformando-o contra o interior de molde. Depois de o corpo do recipiente estar conformado, a vesícula é despressurizada e a ferramenta é retirada, deixando o recipiente com um contorno de corpo definido. O fluido hidráulico com o qual a vesícula é pressurizada está contido, em todos os momentos, dentro d vesícula e não entra em contato com a parede lateral do recipiente tal que nenhuma secagem subseqüente do recipiente é requerida após o processo de conformação estar completo.
