Abstract

"FOLHA SEMELHANTE A COURO, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR A MESMA, E, BOLA". Um material em folha tendo protuberâncias em sua superfície é fornecido. O material em folha inclui uma camada de substrato formada de fibras extrafinas e um elastómero polimérico (A). Uma camada compósita formada de fibras extrafinas intumescids contínuas de fibras que constituem a camada de substrato e um elastómero polimérico (B) ligado às fibras extrafinas é fornecida em uma superfície da camada de substrato. Além disso, uma camada de cobertura composta principalmente de um elastómero polimérico (C) é fornecida no topo ds proteberâncias na superfície do material em folha, um furo transpassante estendido do lado da superfície até a camada de substrato é fornecido na parte lateral entre o topo das protuberâncias e a parte de fundo de vale das protuberâncias. Além disso, preferivelmente, a camada de cobertura tem uma estrutura de camada múltipla de duas ou mais camdas, e a camada lateral da superfície na camada de cobertura contém um adesivo sensível à prssão. Preferivelmente, o adesivo sensível à pressão é uma borracha líquida ou uma resina de colofónia, e a borracha líquida é uma borracha líquida sintética tendo um peso molecular de 800 a 5000.
