Abstract

PROCESSO DE REMOçãO DE ACETALDEìDO RESIDUAL A PARTIR DE PARTìCULAS DE POLìMERO DE POLIéSTER, E, PARTìCULAS POLIMéRICAS DE POLIéSTER Em uma realização, é apresentado um processo composto da introdução de partículas poliméricas de poliéster contendo acetaldeído residual em um vaso em uma temperatura dentro de uma faixa de 130<198>C a 195<198>C para formar um leito de partículas dentro do vaso, o escoamento de um gás através de pelo menos uma porção do leito de partículas, e a retirada das partículas acabadas do vaso tendo uma quantidade reduzida de acetaldeído residual. Neste processo, não é necessário introduzir-se um fluxo quente de gás em vazões elevadas de outra forma seriam requeridas para o aquecimento de partículas frias até uma temperatura suficiente para fracionar o acetaldeído. Ao contrário, este processo apresenta um beneficio pelo qual, se desejado, o gás é introduzido no vaso em baixa vazão e baixas temperaturas, e no entanto, pode fracionar efetivamente o acetaldeído em um tempo razoável, por que as partículas quentes rapidamente aquecem o gás até a temperatura das partículas.
