Abstract

DETOXIFIZIMA COM ATIVIDADE DE TRANSFORMAR AFLOTOXINA E CODIFICAçãO DO GENE Dá MESMA A presente invenção se relaciona a uma detoxifizima com a ação de transformar aflatoxina e os genes codificados dela. Os inventores isolam primeiramente e purificam uma proteína nova, nomeada aflatoxina-detoxifizima (ADTZ) que tem a atividade de transformar aflatoxina. As bases específicas dos genes ADTZ são obtidas através da purificação e seqüenciamento. O gene codificado de ADTZ é danado de todo RNA da Armillariella tabescens. A proteína recombinante é expressa e purificada por vários sistemas de manifestação que usam métodos de engenharia genética. A detoxifizima dita tem bioatividade de transformar AFB~ 1~, reduzindo efeitos mutagênicos de AFB~ 1~. Tem grande potencial para fabricar alimentação ou alimento e de desenvolver medicamento antitumor.
