Claims (8)
1. Детоксифизим с активностью преобразования афлатоксина, изоэлектрическая точка которого составляет 5,3-6,8, и его молекулярная масса составляет 73-77 кДа и его аминокислотная последовательность представлена в Списке последовательностей.
2. Ген, содержащий нуклеотидную последовательность, кодирующую детоксифизим с активностью преобразования афлатоксина по п.1.
3. Ген по п.2, который содержит нуклеотидную последовательность, представленную в Списке последовательностей.
4. Рекомбинантный экспрессионный вектор, содержащий ген по п.3.
5. Трансформант, полученный трансформацией клетки-хозяина с использованием рекомбинантного экспрессионного вектора по п.4.
6. Способ получения детоксифизима по п.1, способ содержащий:
культивирование трансформанта по п.5; и
выделение, очистку и восстановление экспрессированного детоксифизима с активностью преобразования афлатоксина.
7. Применение детоксифизима с активностью преобразования афлатоксина по п.1 для производства кормов и пищевых продуктов.
8. Применение детоксифизима с активностью преобразования афлатоксина по п.1 для получения лекарственного средства для предупреждения или лечения опухоли или злокачественной опухоли.
