Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE RETENçãO PARA A FIXAçãO DE UM BAGAGEIRO DE TETO. A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivo de retenção para a fixação de um bagageiro de teto em vigas transversais fixadas em um teto de veículo, com mordentes de aperto de dois braços, que atravessam e podem apertar o fundo do bagageiro de teto, sendo que, os mordentes de aperto (3, 4) estão apoiados, podendo girar, em tomo de um eixo de rotação fixo, em um corpo de suporte (2) que pode ser colocado no interior do bagageiro de teto, e seções finais (18) que ficam internas dos mordentes de aperto (3, 4) encostam em uma parte de encosto (9), que pode ser deslocada verticalmente através da rotação de um elemento de acionamento, a fim de movimentar os mordentes de aperto (3, 4) por meio de um movimento de giro puro entre uma posição de travamento e uma posição de destravamento.
