Abstract
DISPOSITIVO PARA O APOIO E OSCILAçãO DE UMA COQUILHA DE FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA PARA A FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA DE METAL LìQUIDO, ESPECIALMENTE DE MATERIAL DE AçO LìQUIDO. Um dispositivo para apoio e oscilação de uma coquilha de fundição continua (1) para fundição contínua de metal líquido, especialmente de material de aço líquido, apresenta em cada lado de um plano de simetria (2), em que se estende o eixo longitudinal central (3) do lingote: um primeiro grupo estrutural abrangendo um elemento de guia (4), que está montado sobre dois componentes de suporte estacionários; e um segundo grupo estrutural (8) abrangendo um dispositivo de oscilação (6) Para encurtar os tempos de manutenção, desmontagem e montagem e reduzir assim os tempos e custos de paralisação do dispositivo de fundição contínua, é proposto que um primeiro grupo estrutural (7) seja formado de elementos de guia (4) e componentes de sustentação (5) e um segundo grupo estrutural (8) consista no dispositivo de oscilação (6), sendo que o segundo grupo estrutural (8) é desmontável por uma saída (9) lateral, se estendendo transversalmente ao plano de simetria (2), abaixo dos elementos de guia (4) ou entre elementos de guia (4), e sendo que cada um dos dois grupos estruturais (7, 8) é desmontável ou novamente montável temporalmente e localmente independente do respectivamente outro grupo estrutural (7, 8).
