um processo para produção de enantiômero de anlodipino em alta pureza ótica, a presente invenção se relaciona a um processo para preparação de solvato (s)-anlodipino-l-hemitartarato dmf oticamente puro compreendido das etapas de tratar base (r,s)-anlodipino com ácido l-tartárico na presença de dimetilformamida e um co-solvente. a invenção também se relaciona a um processo para conversão de solvato (r) ou (s)-anlodipino-l-hemitartarato dmf em seus besilatos sem isolamento da base quiral livre de anlodipino após a solução.
