Abstract

MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE MOLDE DE AREIA. Um método de produção de um molde de areia, compreendendo: após a definição de um espaço de molde pelo menos por uma placa de modelo, uma caixa de moldagem e um meio de compressão, e após a moldagem de carregamento por sopro a areia mantida em um dispositivo de sopro de areia localizado acima do espaço de molde no espaço de molde pela ejeção de um primeiro ar comprimido próximo de janelas de ejeção de areia do dispositivo de sopro de areia, desse modo se fluidizando a areia de moldagem próximo das janelas de ejeção de areia, enquanto se supre um segundo ar comprimido para uma superfície da areia de moldagem mantida no dispositivo de sopro de areia, mover os meios de compressão em direção à placa de modelo, onde a pressão do primeiro ar comprimido e o período de tempo para suprimento do primeiro ar comprimido são ajustados para a produção de uma boa areia de moldagem. Para a determinação do período de tempo para ejeção do primeiro ar comprimido, a distância do movimento dos pés de compressão em direção à placa de modelo é medida, quando a compressão da areia de moldagem no espaço de molde for completada, e a diferença entre a distância medida e uma distância alvo é calculada. O período é ajustado para ser mais curto ou estendido, com base no resultado do cálculo.
