本实用新型用车间使用的型砂来制作试块型腔，可以一次制作6个。由一个固定有6个三角试样模板和一个有大斜度的可移动的整体砂箱组成，三角试样为硬木料，其余为可 为普通木料。
使用方法：将本装置如图示放置，铸件所使用的型砂，捣紧，抹平；整体翻身，将模板朝上放置；向下敲击模板，使三角试样与型砂之间松动；将模板取出；将砂箱退出，即可。
本实用新型保证在生产中，快速检测铁水的材质状态，为采取调整措施提供依据，使铁水达到浇注要求，从而生产出合格的铸铁件。
