Abstract

APARELHO PARA TRATAMENTO TéRMICO POR INDUçãO DE UMA PEçA DE TRABALHO, E, MéTODO PARA AQUECER UMA PEçA DE TRABALHO. São fornecidos um aparelho e processo para tratamento térmico por indução em multi-freqüência de peças de trabalho que incluem engrenagens. Energia em alta freqüência é aplicada a uma bobina de indução que circunda a peça de trabalho, de modo que um campo magnético de alta freqüência acopla com a peça de trabalho para aquecer de maneira indutiva a peça de trabalho.Um indutor de núcleo tipo C é acoplado a uma bobina que tem energia de baixa freqüência aplicada a ela. A peça de trabalho é inserida em um espaço no circuito magnético do indutor de núcleo tipo C de modo que experimenta aquecimento de efeito Joule de baixa freqüência quando a corrente de baixa freqüência é aplicada à bobina acoplada com o indutor de núcleo tipo C. Alternativamente, a peça de trabalho pode ser inserida ao redor do indutor de núcleo tipo C quando a peça de trabalho tem uma abertura.
