Abstract

UTENSìLIO DE LIMPEZA E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DO MESMO A presente invenção provê um utensílio de limpeza o qual é superior na capacidade de coleta de pó ou poeira e que permite a seleção de material de uma ampla extensão em termos de fibras e uma folha do material de base formada pelas mesmas que podem ser produzidas em um curto tempo de processamento prevenindo a deterioração térmica e enrijecimento térmico do material, e um processo para a produção do mesmo. O utensílio de limpeza 1, de acordo com a presente invenção, é obtido pela provisão de um grande número de filamentos 30 alinhados na direção da fibra com uma parte de entrelaçamento linear 40 para a conexão das fibras umas às outras por vedação a calor, formando um corpo de entrelaçamento de filamentos 31 previamente entrelaçado pela parte de entrelaçamento 40, e unindo o corpo de entrelaçamento de filamentos 31 à folha do material de base 6, por meio de um adesivo ou um adesivo por tipo fundido quente ou similar. Além disto, uma parte sem membros do tipo cerda 14 de uma folha escova 9 com pluralidade de membros do tipo cerdas 8 poderá ser integralmente ligado ao feixe de fibras 7 e à folha do material de base 6 por meio de um adesivo.
