Abstract

CORPOS POROSOS, MéTODOS PARA PREPARAR CORPOS POROSOS, E, SOLUçõES OU DISPERSõES. A invenção provê um método para preparar corpos porosos solúveis em água ou dispersáveis em água e os corpos porosos em si mesmos. Os corpos possuem um volume de intrusão, conforme medido por porosimetria de mercúrio, de pelo menos cerca de 3 ml/g e compreendem uma retícula de célula aberta tridimensional contendo menos do que 10%, em peso, de um material polimérico solúvel em água e de 5 a 90%, em peso, de um tensoativo, com a condição de que os referidos corpos porosos não sejam glóbulos esféricas tendo um diâmetro de glóbulo médio de 0,2 a 5 mm. O método compreende os estágios de: a) prover uma mistura íntima do material polimérico e do tensoativo em um meio líquido, b)prover um meio de congelamento de fluido em uma temperatura efetiva para rapidamente congelar o meio líquido; c) resfriar o meio líquido com o meio de congelamento de fluido a uma temperatura abaixo do ponto de congelamento do meio líquido, durante um período efetivo para rapidamente congelar o meio líquido; e d) secar por congelamento o meio líquido congelado para formar os corpos porosos pela reação do meio líquido através de sublimação.
