Abstract

FERRAMENTA DE INSTALAçãO DE CORREIA Uma ferramenta de instalação de correia (100) para instalção de uma correia sem a rotação da roldana (P) ou da ferramenta em torno de um eixo geométrico de rotação da roldana. A ferramenta compreende uma rampa (11) que engata um flange de roldana (F). A rampa (11) compreende um elemento de conexão para conectar a rampa (11) ao flange (F). Depois que a rampa é conectada a um flange de roldana uma correia é engatada de forma solta com a rampa. Um primeiro braço de alavanca (10) conectado à rampa é utilizado para colocar a rampa e a correia para fora pela articulação em torno do primeiro elemento de conexão até que um segundo elemento de conexão seja engatado com o flange de roldana.A rampa compreende adicionalmente um elemento para a impulsão lateral da correia. Uma vez que a correia é fixada no flange de roldana um segundo braço de alavanca (20), conectado em um ponto de articulação, empurra a correia lateralmente para a roldana. O segundo braço de alavanca (20) é móvel em uma direção normal ao movimento do primeiro braço de alavanca, empurrando, dessa forma, lateralmente a correia em uma roldana.
