Abstract

MéTODO PARA CONSTRUIR UM NAVIO EM TERRA E LANçAR O NAVIO USANDO UM SISTEMA DE LANçAMENTO EM PLATAFORMA DE ARRASTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para construção de um navio em terra e lançamento de um navio usando um sistema de lançamento em plataforma de arrasto. O método inclui dividir o navio de duas a quatro seções e semimontar as seções divididas em blocos de casco (12) em um pátio de montagem de bloco de casco (10) em terra, fixando uma barcaça (14) em uma barcaça (14) em uma amurada de cais adjacente ao pátio de montagem do bloco de casco (10) em uma direção longitudinal, transportando os blocos de casco (12) semimontados para a barcaça (14) em uma direção longitudinal, completando um casco através de montagem dos blocos de casco (12) semimontados na barcaça (14), movendo a barcaça (14) para um ponto de lançamento e afundando a barcaça (14) através de lastreamento, e lançando o navio construído e flutuando a barcaça (14). Por conseguinte, os navios de grandes proporções podem ser construídos sem instalações de doca seca ao mesmo tempo em que aperfeiçoa-se a eficiência na construção naval.
