Abstract

"APARELHO PARA REMOçãO DE CONTAMINANTES DE EMISSõES DO CáRTER". A presente invenção refere-se a separador para separação de líquidos em uma corrente de fluido gerada por gases de vazamento produzidos em um cárter de um motor de combustão interna, em que a corrente de fluido inclui gases e líquidos. O separador incluindo uma entrada em conexão fluida com o motor para recebimento da corrente de fluido e uma saída em conexão fluida com o motor, para retornar uma corrente de gás para o motor. O separador ainda incluindo um trajeto de fluido conectando, de maneira fluida, a entrada à saída e um recipiente de contenção em conexão fluida com o trajeto de fluido. O separador tendo um acelerador de corrente de fluido no trajeto de fluido e o acelerador acelerando a corrente de fluido para separar, pelo menos parcialmente, os gases dos líquidos na corrente de fluido. Um defletor, que também está no trajeto de fluido entre o acelerador e a saída, muda a direção do líquido para dirigir pelo menos parte dos líquidos na corrente de fluido em uma porção de contenção do recipiente e dirige a corrente de gás para a saída.
