Abstract
"PNEUMáTICO TENDO CAMADA SELANTE COLORIDA EMBUTIDA E PREPARAçãO DO MESMO". Esta invenção se refere a um pneumático tendo uma camada selante não preta embutida e a sua preparação. A camada selante é derivada de uma camada precursora selante compreendida de uma borracha butílica, organoperóxido, silica amorfa sintética particulada e farinha de semente agrícola orgânica de origem vegetal, juntamente com um colorante diferente de preto. A camada precursora selante à base de borracha butílica é incorporada ao pneu, para formar uma montagem de pneu, e o componente de borracha butílica da camada precursora selante é despolimerizado durante vulcanização subseq³ente do pneu, a uma temperatura elevada em um molde adequado, para formar o pneu tendo o selante embutido resultante. A farinha de semente agrícola orgânica de origem vegetal é uma matéria-prima renovável, em um sentido de que pode ser reposta pela natureza e, portanto, não como um esgotamento significativo de fonte natural não renovável. A farinha de semente agrícola é compreendida de pelo menos uma porção de uma semente vegetal moída (por exemplo, porção de semente integral ou parcial, incluindo, por exemplo, o seu núcleo e/ou concha) de uma planta produtora de semente agrícola, tal como, por exemplo, trigo, centeio, arroz, cevada, aveia, verbasco, soja e/ou milho. A camada selante pode conter também um ou mais de um poliisopreno líquido e fibras orgânicas curtas. De preferência, a sílica amorfa é uma sílica precipitada, isto é, agregados de partículas de sílica primária.
