Abstract
"DIFERENCIAL DE ENGRENAGEM HELICOIDAL". A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de diferencial para um veículo que inclui uma carcaça de diferencial girável ao redor de um eixo geométrico. Um par de engrenagens laterais está disposto dentro da carcaça de diferencial. Um primeiro, um segundo, um terceiro e um quarto par de furos de pinhão estão formados na carcaça de diferencial. Um primeiro, um segundo, um terceiro e um quarto par de engrenagens de pinhão estão dispostos deslizantes e giráveis dentro dos primeiro, segundo, terceiro e quarto pares de furos de pinhão respectivamente. Uma abertura de janela está formada na carcaça de diferencial entre os primeiro e quarto pares de engrenagens de pinhão. O segundo par de furos de pinhão está radialmente deslocado de uma distância equivalente dos primeiro e terceiro pares de furos de pinhão. O terceiro par de furos de pinhão está radialmente deslocado de uma distância equivalente dos segundo e quarto pares de furos de pinhão. O conjunto de diferencial incorpora um pino transversal adaptado para limitar o movimento para dentro de um par de semi-eixos e um espaçador adaptado para limitar o movimento para dentro das engrenagens laterais.
