Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAR PNEUMáTICOS PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO Um pneu verde (50) disposto sobre um suporte toroidal (10) é introduzido em um molde de vulcanização (102). O molde (102) é fechado por aproximação axial de um par de meia-conchas (130a, 130b) atuando contra os costados (51) e a banda de rodagem (52) do pneu (50). Setores circunferenciais (140) colocados para operar contra a banda de rodagem de pneu (52) são mantidos separados da própria banda de rodagem durante admissão de um fluido de trabalho projetado para pressionar o pneu (50) contra o suporte toroidal (10). Subseqüentemente, ditos setores são aproximados centripetamente para causar penetração de cristas de conformação (141) móveis por fendas passantes (142) na banda de rodagem (52), simultaneamente com uma etapa de moldagem e vulcanização completa do pneu (50) efetuada por admissão de vapor sob pressão no próprio pneu.
