Abstract

moldar e curar pneus para rodas de veículos sem umeu verde e o fluido sob pressão admitido a fim de criar a prensagem necessária do material elastomérico contra as paredes do molde de vulcanização. Denientes são evitados incluindo-se, no processo de fabricação de pneu, uma etapa de tratar a superfície interna do pneu verde, a fim de evitar a permeação do fluido sob pressão no interior da estruta do pneu. Referido tratamento pode ser realizado associando-se pelo menos uma camada de material elastomético pré-vulcanizado com a superfície interna do pneu verde.
