Abstract
"CURVATURA DE PERFIL DE DENTE DE ENGRENAGEM". Um sistema de engrenagem que inclui um pinhão e uma engrenagem conjugada que formam um par de engrenagens com uma razão de engrenagem predeterminada (MG), uma distância de centro (C), uma largura de face (F~ w~), e tensões limites. O pinhão tem um número de dentes de pinhão (N~ 1~), e uma primeira pluralidade de dentes, cada dente tendo um primeiro perfil de dentes. A engrenagem conjugada tem um número de dentes de engrenagem conjugada (N~ 2~) que atende à expressão N~ 2~=m~ G~.N~ 1~, e uma segunda pluralidade de dentes, cada dente tendo um segundo perfil de dentes. A curvatura relativa do primeiro perfil de dentes e do segundo perfil de dentes é dada pela expressão k~ c~.F~ c~, onde F~ c~. vem a ser uma função de curvatura de referência relativa dada pela expressão F~ c~ = (N~ 1~ + N~ 2~)¬ 2¬/((N~ 1~.N~ 2~.C), e k~ c~ é um multiplicador de curvatura relativa que vem a ser uma função da razão de engrenagem (M~ G~), da distância de centro (C), da largura de face (F~ w~), e das tensões limites.
