Abstract
"TRANSDUTOR DE ONDA ACúSTICA DE SUPERFìCIE UNIDIRECIONAL DE FASE úNICA E REFLETORES APRIMORADOS". Um transdutor unidirecional para um dispositivo de onda acústica de superfície (SAW). Em uma versão, o dispositivo inclui (1) uma área definida em um substrato piezo-elétrico dentro do qual está localizado um refletor de circuito aberto perpendicular à direção de propagação da SAW, e um par de eletrodos de transdutor de baixa refletividade localizados dentro da área definida e conectados a barras de barramento opostas, os eletrodos perpendiculares à direção da propagação da SAW e posicionados com o centro de excitação do par de eletrodos localizado cerca de sete oitavos de um comprimento de onda de Rayleigh na freqüência central da SAW do refletor.
