Abstract

"DIMINUIçãO E AUMENTO COORDENADOS DE EXPRESSãO DE GENE DE MAIS DO QUE UM GENE COM A UTILIZAçãO DE CONSTRUçõES DE TRANSGENE". A presente invenção é dirigida a moléculas de ácido nucléico e o constructos de ácido nucléico e a outros agentes associados ao controle simultâneo para cima e para baixo de expressão de RNAS. Especificamente ela inclui processos para melhorar simultaneamente a expressão de um primeiro RNA ao mesmo tempo suprimindo a expressão de um segundo RNA. A presente invenção também fornece especificamente constructos capazes de melhorar simultaneamente a expressão de um primeiro RNA ao mesmo tempo suprimindo a expressão de um segundo RNA, processos para a utilização de tais agentes e de plantas contendo tais agentes. A presente invenção também fornece outros constructos que incluem constructos policistrónicas.
