Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM MATERIAL LAMINADO PARA ACONDICIONAMENTO". Um processo para produção de um material laminado para acondicionamento no qual as funções de ácido ascórbico, etc, podem ser maximizadas, e que tanto não complica a etapa de superposição em camada quanto não prejudica as características de superposição de camada. O processo é para produção de um material laminado para acondicionamento no qual alimentos líquidos são enchidos ou acondicionados e que compreende uma camada externa de resina de poliolefina termoplástica, uma base, uma camada de suporte de filme de revestimento, e uma camada interna de resina de poliolefina termoplástica. Ele compreende: misturar uma solução de álcool de ácido ascórbico ou de um sal de ácido ascórbico com um líquido formador de filme compreendendo um ingrediente formador de filme e um auxiliar de formação de filme vaporizável para obter um fluido de revestimento contendo ácido ascórbico; aplicar o fluido de revestimento contendo ácido ascórbico a uma superfície da camada de suporte de filme de revestimento; e vaporizar o solvente de álcool e o auxiliar de formação de filme volátil para formar um filme de revestimento compreendendo partículas finas igualmente dispersadas de ácido ascórbico cristalino ou de um sal de ácido ascórbico cristalino.
