Claims (24)

- 前記第1部分がエラストマーマトリックスを含み、
前記第1エラストマー材が前記エラストマーマトリックスの連続相を含み、
前記タガントが前記エラストマーマトリックスの不連続相を含む、
請求項1に記載の医療用部品。 - 前記第1エラストマー材と前記第2エラストマー材とのそれぞれが、ポリイソプレン、ポリブタジエン、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエン共重合体、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレン、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、スチレン−イソプレン共重合体、フッ素系エラストマー、ブチルゴム、イソプレンゴム、ブタジエンゴム、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム、エチレン−プロピレン三元重合体、シリコンゴム、およびそれらの組み合わせで構成される群の中から独立に選択された重合体を含む、請求項1に記載の医療用部品。
- 前記第1エラストマー材の重合体が前記タガントの表面に共有結合している、請求項4に記載の医療用部品。
- 前記タガントが磁気を帯びている、請求項1に記載の医療用部品。
- 前記タガントが蛍光を放つ、請求項1に記載の医療用部品。
- 前記タガントが、前記第1エラストマー材に対する1以上の識別可能な性質を持ち、
前記識別可能な性質が、粒度、粒度分布、粒形、粒形分布、色、同位体組成、およびそれらの組み合わせで構成される群の中から選択されている、
請求項1に記載の医療用部品。 - 前記タガントが、セラミック材、炭化水素油、フッ化炭素油、磁性体、表面が機能化された微粒子、同位体比が特異な微粒子、複合粒子、およびRFIDマイクロチップで構成される群の中から選択されている、請求項1に記載の医療用部品。
- 前記第2部分の表面の少なくとも一部に、バリア膜を備えている、請求項1に記載の医療用部品。
- 前記バリア膜が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体(ETFE)、テトラフルオロエチレンの単独重合体と共重合体(TFE)、パーフルオロアルコキシ重合樹脂(PFA)、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン−テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体、ポリエチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(PETFE)、ポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)、フッ化エチレンプロピレン共重合体(FEP)、ポリエチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PECTFE)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PCTFE)、およびそれらの誘導体で構成される群の中から選択された材料を含む、請求項10に記載の医療用部品。
- 前記タガントの平均的な粒度が、前記バリア膜の平均的な穴径よりも大きい、請求項11に記載の医療用部品。
- 調合薬品を収容し、少なくとも1つの開口部を含む容器と、
前記開口部を塞ぐ、請求項1に記載の医療用部品と
を備えた封入システム。 - 前記第2部分が前記第1部分と前記調合薬品との間に位置するように、前記医療用部品が前記開口部に挿入されている、請求項13に記載の封入システム。

- 少なくとも1つのタガントを含むエラストマーと、
バリア膜と
を備えた医療用部品であって、
前記バリア膜が、前記医療用部品の表面の少なくとも一部に設置され、
前記バリア膜には平均的な穴径があり、
前記タガントの平均的な粒度が前記バリア膜の平均的な穴径よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする医療用部品。 - 調合薬品を収容し、少なくとも1つの開口部を含む容器と、
前記開口部を塞ぐ、請求項16に記載の医療用部品と
を備えた封入システム。 - 前記バリア膜が前記エラストマーと前記調合薬品との間に位置するように、前記医療用部品が前記開口部に挿入されている、請求項17に記載の封入システム。
- 前記医療用部品が閉塞具の形をしており、前記閉塞具が、瓶の栓、注射器のプランジャー、針シールド、および注射器の先端のキャップで構成される群の中から選択されている、請求項17に記載の封入システム。
- 医療用部品の製造方法であって、
エラストマー材から成る第1シートを用意するステップと、
型を用意し、前記型に、1以上のタガントを含む液体を塗布するステップと、
用意された前記型の中に前記第1シートを配置して前記第1シートを成型し、前記エラストマー材を硬化させて前記医療用部品の形に整えることにより、前記液体の中の前記タガントを前記医療用部品の中に組み込むステップと
を備えた方法。 - 前記液体が離型液の中に組み込まれている、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記型に、前記タガントを含む液体を塗布する前に、離型液を塗布するステップ
を更に備えた、請求項20に記載の方法。 - 医療用部品の製造方法であって、
エラストマー材から成る第1シートを用意するステップと、
前記第1シートの少なくとも一部に塗布すべきバリア膜を用意するステップと、
1以上のタガントを含む液体を前記第1シートの第1面、または前記バリア膜の第1面に塗布するステップと、
前記バリア膜の第2面が型に接触し、かつ前記バリア膜の第1面が前記第1シートの第1面に接触するように、前記型の中に前記第1シートと前記バリア膜とを配置するステップと、
前記第1シートを成型し、前記エラストマー材を硬化させて前記医療用部品の形に整えることにより、前記液体から前記タガントを、硬化した前記エラストマー材の中に組み込むステップと
を備えた方法。 - 医療用部品の製造方法であって、
少なくとも1つのタガントが中に、または表面に組み込まれた第1エラストマー材から前記医療用部品の第1部分の少なくとも一部を成型するステップと、
タガントを含まない第2エラストマー材で前記第1部分を外側被覆するステップと、
前記第1エラストマー材と前記第2エラストマー材とを硬化させて前記医療用部品の形に整えるステップと
を備えた方法。
