"MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DE PLASMìDEO DNA DE GRAU FARMACêUTICO". A invenção proporciona um processo para lise alcalina contínua de uma suspensão bacterial de modo a recolher pDNA. Ela também proporciona etapas de purificação adicional opcional, incluindo filtração de lisato, uma cromatografia de troca de ânion, cromatografia de afinidade triplex, e cromatografia de interação hidrofóbica.
