Abstract
"MáQUINA ELéTRICA DE ENTREFERRO AXIAL, E MéTODO PARA OPERAçãO DE UMA MáQUINA DE ENTREFERRO AXIAL". Trata-se de uma máquina eletrodinâmica de entreferro axial que compreende um primeiro e um segundo induzidos dispostos coaxialmente com um rotor intermédio. Os induzidos são seletivamente alinhados com um desvio axial entre as posições de seus respectivos dentes e fendas. Os induzidos compreendem núcleos toroidais possuindo camadas laminares compostas de um material selecionando do grupo que consiste em metais amorfos e nanocristalinos e liga de base ferrosa otimizada. Opcionalmente, a máquina compreende adicionalmente meios de desalinhamento para ajuste do desvio dos induzidos. Um ajuste adaptável permite que a máquina seja operada em um modo que reduz o retorno de força eletromotiva do motor, permitindo a manutenção de uma voltagem constante enquanto ocorre um aumento de velocidade. A redução do retorno de força eletromotiva permite igualmente uma faixa mais ampla de velocidade de operação, particularmente em combinação com uma utilização de números elevados de pólos. Alternativamente, a máquina pode ser operada, por exemplo a uma velocidade mais baixa, em um modo de torque constante. A máquina pode explorar o elevado número de pólos que pode ser obtido mediante utilização de materiais magnéticos. macios aperfeiçoados. São igualmente providas técnicas para redução de flutuação de torque durante a operação, e também para utilização do desvio de induzido em combinação com um arranjo de retificação de ponte de onda plena dupla.
