Abstract
"DERIVADOS DE POLISSACARìDEOS COM ALTA ATIVIDADE ANTITROMBóTICA NO PLASMA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de glicosaminoglicanas derivadas de N-acetilheparosano que compreende: a) N-desacetilação e N-sulfatação de um polissacarídeo N-acetilheparosano preparado a partir de cepas bacterianas naturais ou recombinantes, preferivelmente E. coli K5, b) epimerização enzimática com a enzima glicuronil C-5 epimerase, c) O-sulfatação parcial seguida de uma O-dessulfatação parcial, d) 6-O-sulfatação parcial, e) N-sulfatação, e uma etapa intermediária de despolimerização controlada, caracterizado pelo fato de ambas as O-sulfatações (O-sulfatação e 6-O-sulfatação) serem parciais. Além disto, a invenção refere-se aos produtos obtidos de acordo com o processo, que apresentam uma razão entre a atividade anti-Xa e atividade anti-Iia igual ou maior que 1, e a composições compreendendo os ditos produtos em combinação com excipientes e/ou diluentes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis adequados.
