Abstract

Procedimento per la preparazione di polisaccaridi aventi un elevato contenuto di acido iduronico comprendente:a) N-deacetilazione del polisaccaride K5 da E. coli o dell'eparan solfato oppure O-desolfatazione di eparina o eparan solfato;b) N-solfatazione del prodotto ottenuto dallo stadio a);c) epimerizzazione in presenza dell'enzina C5-epimerasi;d) solfatazione di almeno alcuni gruppi idrossilici liberi,in cui lo stadio c) è condotto in un mezzo di reazione costituito da una soluzione tampone di tipo classico costituita da HEPES, potassio cloruro, EDTA e TRITON X-100 alla quale viene aggiunto un opportuno additivo.
