Abstract
"GORDURAS DE BAIXO TEOR DE áCIDO TRANS-GRAXO E COMPOSIçõES DE GORDURAS, E MéTODOS DE FAZER AS MESMAS". A presente invenção refere-se a gorduras de baixo teor de ácido trans-graxo e composições de gordura, bem como métodos de fazer tais gorduras e composições de gordura. Estas gorduras e composições de gordura alcança propriedades comumente associadas com gorduras parcialmente hidrogenadas típicas, mas evitam a alto teor de ácido trans-graxo tipicamente associado a tais gorduras.
