Abstract

"NúCLEO DE TROCADOR DE CALOR". A presente invenção trata de um núcleo de trocador de calor incorporando placas ligadas por difusão e trocadores de calor incorporando tal núcleo. O núcleo de trocador de calor compreende um primeiro e um segundo grupo de placas intercaladas, que são arranjados respectivamente para carregar o primeiro e o segundo fluidos de troca de calor, e cada uma das placas em cada grupo é formada em um de seus lados com trinta ou mais plaquetas, cada qual é composta de um grupo de canais paralelos. Os orifícios se estendem através do primeiro e segundo grupo de placas, para transportar o primeiro e segundo fluidos de troca de calor para e das plaquetas, e canais de distribuição conectam extremidades opostas de cada plaqueta em cada das placas a associadas dos orifícios. Os canais de distribuição que são associados em cada uma, das plaquetas, nas placas do primeiro grupo, estão dispostos em relação de intersecção com os canais de distribuição que são associados aos respectivos das plaquetas nas placas do segundo grupo por onde cada uma das plaquetas nas placas do primeiro grupo se localiza em justaposição de troca de calor com uma das plaquetas respectivas nas placas do segundo grupo.
