Abstract
"TROCADOR DE CALOR EM CHAPAS COM CARACTERìSTICAS DE SUPERFìCIE REALçADAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um trocador de calor em chapas (10) que inclui uma pluralidade de chapas (24) para prover um percurso de fluxo para dois fluidos (17, 21). O trocador de calor em chapas (10) apresenta uma entrada (16, 20) e uma saída (18, 22) para cada dos dois fluidos (17, 21), em que superfícies viradas das duas chapas adjacentes da pluralidade de chapas definem um percurso de fluxo para um primeiro fluido (17). A superfície oposta de uma das duas chapas adjacentes (24) e uma superfície virada de outra chapa adjacente da pluralidade de chapas (24) apresentam um percurso de fluxo para um segundo fluido (21). O primeiro fluido (17) e o segundo fluido (21) que fluem ao longo de seus respectivos percursos de fluxo são mantidos em comunicação térmica entre si. Uma pluralidade de características de superfície (56) associada com pelo menos uma porção de uma superfície de pelo menos uma das chapas apresenta uma maior transferência de calor entre os dois fluidos (17, 21) que passam ao longo de chapas adjacentes.
