Abstract

"AGITADOR AUXILIAR PARA UM DISPOSITIVO DE FLUTUAçãO". A invenção proporciona um agitador (1) que é disposto para agitar a pasta dentro de um tanque de flutuação (2). O agitador inclui um rotor (6) montado em uma extremidade de um eixo de acionamento centralmente disposto (7) que se estende axialmente descendentemente no tanque e é atuado por um motor (8) e por caixa de engrenagens associada (não mostrada). A outra extremidade do eixo de acionamento inclui um flange de montagem (9) adaptado para conexão com o motor. Um estator (10) é proporcionado também em torno do rotor. Um cone de deflexão de espuma (11) se estende em torno do eixo de acionamento adjacente ao alto do tanque. O cone de deflexão é orientado de tal maneira que seu diâmetro menor fica situado em sua extremidade mais baixa, mais próxima ao rotor (6) Um agitador auxiliar (12) é conectado ao eixo de acionamento em uma posição substancialmente intermediária entre o lado de baixo do cone de deflexão (11) e o alto do rotor (6), como mostrado na figura 1 e na figura 2. O agitador auxiliar (12) inclui lâminas de agitação (13) que se estendem radialmente para fora de lados diametralmente opostos do eixo (7). Cada lámina (13) cruza o eixo em um ângulo de incidência ao redor de 45 graus em relação à linha central do eixo (14).
