Abstract

"TUBOS DE AçO PARA PEçAS DE ELEMENTOS DE MANCAIS E MéTODOS PARA PRODUçãO BEM COMO PARA USINAGEM DOS MESMOS". A presente invenção refere-se a tubos de aço para peças de elementos de mancais de acordo com a presente invenção, onde as composições específicas são limitadas e uma intensidade de acumulação da face {21 1} juntamente com uma propriedade de impacto em temperatura ambiente na direção longitudinal do tubo de aço são especificadas, podendo ser fornecido como um fonte de material para peças de elementos de mancais, que tenham excelentes usinabilidade e duração de fadiga não contato da laminação, sendo incorporado sem adição de um elemento de corte livre especificamente nem sem redução da produtividade uma vez que a coalescimento para a mesma duração de recozimento que aquele do tratamento coalescimento convencional pode ser aplicada. Conseq³entemente, aplicando-se um método de produção ou um método de corte-usinagem de acordo com a presente invenção, peças de elementos de mancais, tais como calhas, cilindros e eixos, podem ser produzidas eficientemente e com menos custo.
