Abstract
"PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE UM VéU COMPREENDENDO FIBRAS DE VIDRO E FIBRAS DE CELULOSE, E, VéU". A invenção refere-se a um processo de preparação de um véu compreendendo fibras de vidro e fibras de celulose, compreendendo: uma etapa colocação em dispersão em uma água de processo de fibras cortadas de vidro e de fibras de celulose, e depois, uma etapa de formação de um leito em um dispositivo de formação por passagem da dispersão sobre uma tela de formação através da qual a água de processo é drenada, as fibras sendo retidas sobre a dita tela, a dita dispersão apresentando no momento da dita passagem uma água de processo catiónica, e depois, uma etapa de tratamento térmico em um dispositivo de secagem em estufa. Este processo permite notadamente a realização de um véu compreendendo 2 a 12% de celulose, 70 a 80% de vidro, 8 a 27% de ligante e cuja resistência ao rasgamento é superior a 430 gf.
