Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en matte inneholdende glassfibere og cellulosefibere som omfatter: et trinn som består av dispergering i prosessvann av opphakkede glassfibere og cellulosefibere, etterfulgt av et trinn som består i dannelse av et sjikt i en formingsinnretning ved å føre dispersjonen på et formingsstoff hvorigjennom prosessvannet dreneres, idet fiberne tilbakeholdes på nevnte stoff, hvor nevnte dispersjon ved tiden for passasje omfatter kationisk prosessvann; deretter et trinn som består i varmebehandling i en ovnsinnretning. Fremgangsmåten muliggjør spesielt fremstillingen av en bane omfattende 2 til 12% cellulose, 70 til 80% glass. og 8 til 27% bindemiddel, hvorav rivstyrken er høyere enn 430 gf.
