背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,而且还有棉质的感觉,和棉织品相比,无纺布的袋子容易成形,而且造价便宜。目前,在一些领域需要无纺布具备高耐磨性能和高抗菌性,但是现有技术中的无纺布无法满足该要求,所以需要开发一种耐磨又抗菌的无纺布。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种耐磨又抗菌的无纺布及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种层状体无纺布,包括一层无纺布和涂附于无纺布两侧面的耐磨涂层;所述的耐磨涂层包括石膏晶须、丙烯酸树脂、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、氧化锌;所述的石膏晶须、丙烯酸树脂、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、氧化锌的重量份分别为:10~20份、100份、10~15份、10~15份、20~40份、5~10份。
进一步,所述的石膏晶须、丙烯酸树脂、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、氧化锌的重量份分别为:15份、100份、12份、13份、30份、7份。
进一步,所述的石膏晶须和六方氮化硼的重量比为1:2。
进一步,所述的无纺布为涤纶或者丙纶无纺布。
一种层状体无纺布的制备方法,步骤如下:
a、将丙烯酸树脂溶于热水中进行搅拌,得到丙烯酸树脂分散液;
b、将石膏晶须、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、氧化锌按照比例投入水中进行充分搅拌,得到改性分散液;
c、将改性分散液投入到丙烯酸树脂分散液中,进行充分搅拌,得到涂层分散液,同时对涂层分散液进行加热保温;
d、对无纺布表面进行绒面处理,通过刷子在无纺布的两侧进行挂刷,使得无纺布表面的纹理遭到破坏,形成绒面;
e、将d中经过绒面处理的无纺布直接投入到c中的涂层分散液中浸泡,同时对涂层分散液进行加热;
f、将无纺布从涂层分散液中取出,自然晾干即可。
进一步,所述步骤a中的热水温度为40至50℃,搅拌时间为40至50min。
进一步,所述步骤b中的搅拌时间为20至30min。
进一步,所述步骤c中的搅拌时间为70至80min,涂层分散液的温度控制在50至55℃。
进一步,所述步骤e中无纺布在涂层分散液中浸泡时间为20至30min,控制涂层分散液温度为55至60℃。
进一步,所述步骤f中晾干时间为10至12小时。
本发明的有益效果
本发明在无纺布的两侧面设置涂层,涂层包括石膏晶须、丙烯酸树脂、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、氧化锌,调节各个配比的重量份,达到满足本发明无纺布的耐磨效果和抗菌效果;同时在制备过程中,对无纺布表面进行绒面处理以及浸泡的方式进行附着涂层,最后通过晾干的方式达到涂层附着的目的,本发明制备方法涂层附着在无纺布上十分的牢固,提高了无纺布的耐磨性能。

一种层状体无纺布的制备方法,步骤如下:
a、将丙烯酸树脂溶于热水中进行搅拌,得到丙烯酸树脂分散液;热水温度为40℃,搅拌时间为40 min;
b、将石膏晶须、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、氧化锌按照比例投入水中进行充分搅拌,得到改性分散液;搅拌时间为20 min;
c、将改性分散液投入到丙烯酸树脂分散液中,进行充分搅拌,得到涂层分散液,同时对涂层分散液进行加热保温;搅拌时间为70 min,涂层分散液的温度控制在50℃;
d、对无纺布表面进行绒面处理,通过刷子在无纺布的两侧进行挂刷,使得无纺布表面的纹理遭到破坏,形成绒面;
e、将d中经过绒面处理的无纺布直接投入到c中的涂层分散液中浸泡,同时对涂层分散液进行加热;无纺布在涂层分散液中浸泡时间为20 min,控制涂层分散液温度为55℃;
f、将无纺布从涂层分散液中取出,自然晾干即可;晾干时间为10小时。

a、将丙烯酸树脂溶于热水中进行搅拌,得到丙烯酸树脂分散液;热水温度为45℃,搅拌时间为45min;
b、将石膏晶须、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、氧化锌按照比例投入水中进行充分搅拌,得到改性分散液;搅拌时间为25min;
c、将改性分散液投入到丙烯酸树脂分散液中,进行充分搅拌,得到涂层分散液,同时对涂层分散液进行加热保温;搅拌时间为75min,涂层分散液的温度控制在52℃;
d、对无纺布表面进行绒面处理,通过刷子在无纺布的两侧进行挂刷,使得无纺布表面的纹理遭到破坏,形成绒面;
e、将d中经过绒面处理的无纺布直接投入到c中的涂层分散液中浸泡,同时对涂层分散液进行加热;无纺布在涂层分散液中浸泡时间为24min,控制涂层分散液温度为56℃;
f、将无纺布从涂层分散液中取出,自然晾干即可;晾干时间为11小时。

1.一种层状体无纺布的制备方法,包括一层无纺布和涂附于无纺布两侧面的耐磨涂层;所述的耐磨涂层包括石膏晶须、丙烯酸树脂、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、氧化锌;所述的石膏晶须、丙烯酸树脂、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、氧化锌的重量份分别为:10~20份、100份、10~15份、10~15份、20~40份、5~10份;其特征在于,步骤如下:
a、将丙烯酸树脂溶于热水中进行搅拌,得到丙烯酸树脂分散液;
b、将石膏晶须、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、氧化锌按照比例投入水中进行充分搅拌,得到改性分散液;
c、将改性分散液投入到丙烯酸树脂分散液中,进行充分搅拌,得到涂层分散液,同时对涂层分散液进行加热保温;
d、对无纺布表面进行绒面处理,通过刷子在无纺布的两侧进行挂刷,使得无纺布表面的纹理遭到破坏,形成绒面;
e、将d中经过绒面处理的无纺布直接投入到c中的涂层分散液中浸泡,同时对涂层分散液进行加热;
f、将无纺布从涂层分散液中取出,自然晾干即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层状体无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的石膏晶须、丙烯酸树脂、高锰合金、碳化硅、六方氮化硼、氧化锌的重量份分别为:15份、100份、12份、13份、30份、7份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的层状体无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的石膏晶须和六方氮化硼的重量比为1:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的层状体无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的无纺布为涤纶或者丙纶无纺布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的层状体无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中的热水温度为40至50℃,搅拌时间为40至50min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的层状体无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中的搅拌时间为20至30min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的层状体无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中的搅拌时间为70至80min,涂层分散液的温度控制在50至55℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的层状体无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤e中无纺布在涂层分散液中浸泡时间为20至30min,控制涂层分散液温度为55至60℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的层状体无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤f中晾干时间为10至12小时。
