Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM LAMINADO TéRMICO". Esta invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de um laminado térmico por laminação de uma primeira camada de película de substrato e uma segunda camada de película de substrato através de uma camada adesiva de resina, que compreende integrar a camada adesiva de resina com a primeira camada de película de substrato, aquecer a superfície da camada adesiva de resina por raios caloríficos na presença de oxigênio para induzir grupos funcionais que contribuem para a adesão e, então, superpor a segunda camada de película de substrato sobre a camada adesiva de resina para ser colada à mesma com pressão. O laminado térmico tem uma forte resistência no estado laminado sem usar solvente, e é excelente na segurança e higiene dos alimentos.
