Abstract

"PNEU DE AERONAVE COM ESTRUTURA DE TALãO". Um pneumático de lonas radiais 100, para uso em aeronave, tem uma carcaça reforçada radial 20 tendo pelo menos uma lona axialmente interna 2A, 2B, 2C e 2D de cordões têxteis 21 enrolada em torno de um par de núcleos de talões 33. A estrutura de talão aperfeiçoada 30 tem um agente antiatrito tecido, uma extremidade radialmente interna E, e uma extremidade axialmente externa EE. A parte axialmente externa do agente antiatrito é embutida no material do agente antiatrito de borracha acima da superfície de base do talão e para dentro da superfície do flange do talão. A extremidade axialmente externa E~ E~ é terminada radialmente abaixo da parte de topo do núcleo de talão, de preferência entre o centro e a parte de topo do núcleo de talão 33 e a extremidade radialmente interna é girada radialmente no sentido do núcleo de talão e é terminada entre o núcleo de talão e a base do talão.
