Abstract

" DISPOSITIVOS DE RESTAURAçãO E RECUPERAçãO DE TENDãO OU LIGAMENTO ". Dispositivos e métodos de restauração de tendões ou ligamentos lesionados. Vários dispositivos de restauração incluem um membro tênsil alongado ( 376 ) e um par de estruturas de âncora ( 390, 410 ) ligados para movimento ao longo do membro tênsil ( 376 ) para qualquer dos lado de um local de restauração ( 370, 372 ), tal como um rasgão ou laceração. As estruturas de âncora podem assumir muitas formas e podem incluir âncoras com farpas, helicoidais e do tipo cravado ( 126, 390, 840 ).
