Abstract
En banelegemedel, særlig sporveksel- del som hjertestykke (14), som består av avsnitt (22, 24) av forskjellige materi- aler forbundet med hverandre, hvor av- snittene etter deres sammenføyning un- derkastes en felle varmebehandling. For å oppnå en høy fasthet og strekkgrense for banelegemedelen, er det foreslått at banelegemedelen sett i skinnens lengde- retning områdevis har en sjiktoppbygning på en slik måte at det på et bunnavsnitt (22) er anordnet et hodeavsnitt (24) forbundet med dette og som kan befares direkte av et skinnegående kjøretøy, hvor hodeavsnittet (22) består av et høyfast stål, idet de forbundede avsnitt er varmebehandlet sammen på en slik måte at hodeavsnittet har en strekkfasthet R,,j mellom l 700 og 2 200 N/mm2 og/eller en strekkgrense RE2 mellom l 600 og l 800 N/mm2.
