Um processo para o isolamento de 10-desacetil bacatina-III (10DAB) e também separação completa de paclitaxel presente no extrato primário em uma escala comercial a partir do extrato de planta de Taxus species através de cristalização de solvente sem empregar separação cromatográfica.
