Abstract

Цей винахід належить способу отримання проміжних сполук, що використовуються для одержання напівсинтетичними методами таксолу, таксотеру або їхніх аналогів з різних частин рослин, що містять ці проміжні сполуки. Спосіб, що заявляється у цьому винаході, полягає в тому, що виділяють 10-дезацетил-баккатин III з водного екстракту листя тису. Спосіб включає: 1) обробку водою подрібнених частий тису (Taxus sp.), 2) відділення водного розчину, що містить 10-дезацетил-баккатин III, від рослинної маси, що знаходиться у стані суспензії, 3) екстрагування 10- дезацетил-баккатину III з водного розчину за допомогою органічного розчинника, 4) відділення органічного екстракту, що містить 10-дезацетил-баккатин III, від водної фази, 5) видалення органічного розчинника з таким чином відділеного органічного екстракту, 6) селективну кристалізацію 10- дезацетил-баккатину III з залишку, одержаного зазначеним чином в органічному розчиннику, 7) виділення 10-дезацетил-баккатина III у вигляді очищеної сполуки.
