Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA ENFEIXAMENTO AUTOMATIZADO DE FIEIRAS DE CABO"<D>. Com o presente aparelho para união de feixes de cabo uma fita de cabo (2) aduzível sem fim por meio de garras de guia (26, 27) agarrando o feixe de cabos (59) à maneira de pinça é enlaçada em torno do feixe de cabos (59) e amarrada por um fecho de travamento (1) posicionável antes das garras. Em seguida, a fita de cabo (2) é cortada no estado aliviado atrás do fecho de travamento (1). Na mesma operação de trabalho com o enfeixamento dos cabos (59) no ponto de enfeixamento ao lado do fecho de travamento (1) em caso de necessidade além disso pode ser posicionado um meio de fixação (32), que é destinado a ancorar o feixe de cabos (59) em uma parte de suporte. O posicionamento dos fechos de travamento (1) e meios de fixação (32) se dá com auxílio de um carro (19) guiado deslocavelmente no aparelho, o qual com mordentes de retenção (25) e um arrasto (41) agarra as partes (1) e (32) aduzidas de cima e as arrasta para a abertura de saída (30) do aparelho na transição para seus mordentes de guia (26, 27). No carro (19) está previsto um canal de guia (21), que quando do movimento à frente do carro (19) vem a coincidir com a abertura de saída do canal de introdução (60) para a fita de cabo (2) na caixa (13). Nessa posição, a fita de cabo (2) com auxílio de um elemento de introdução (22) fixado deslocavelmente no carro (19) é enfiada através do ferro de travamento (1).
