Abstract
"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM CATALISADOR DE HIDROCIANAçãO DE COMPOSTO ORGâNICO" A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de um catalisador de hidrocianação de um composto orgânico com insaturação etilênica. Ela se refere mais particularmente a um processo de fabricação de um catalisador de hidrocianação compreendendo notadamente níquel e uma fosfina hidrossolúvel. Assim, o processo de preparação de um catalisador de hidrocianação de um composto orgânico consistindo em uma solução aquosa de pelo menos uma fosfina hidrossolúvel e níquel, consiste em colocar em contato uma solução aquosa de uma fosfina hidrossolúvel e um hidróxido de níquel, em acrescentar no meio cianeto de hidrogênio ou um composto gerador de cianeto de hidrogênio, e em manter o meio sob agitação até dissolução do níquel, depois em submeter o meio a uma redução para transformar pelo menos parcialmente o níquel dissolvido no estado de oxidação 0. O catalisador é útil nas reações orgânicas catalisadas por um sistema bifásico, como a hidrocianação de compostos insaturados.
