Claims (17)
- 필라듐(Ⅱ)염이 유기포스페이트, 디알킬리덴 아세톤 및 테트라-알킬암모늄 히드록사이드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 착화합물체로 착화합물화되고 유기 시아니드, 에테르, 폴리에테르, 유기포스핀 및 유기아르신으로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 유기 안정화제로 안정화된 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 또는 공중합체내에 올레핀 불포화의 수소화에 유용한 촉매 선구체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 포스페이트가 하기 구조식(Ⅰ) :(R1O)PO3H2(Ⅰ)을 가진 적어도 하나의 단일 치환된 포스페이트이거나, 하기 구조식 Ⅱ :(PR1O)(R2O)PO3H2(Ⅱ)를 가진 적어도 하나의 이중 치환된 포스페이트로서, 상기식에서 R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하고 적어도 하나의 단일 치환된 유기포스페이트 및 적어도 하나의 이중치환된 유기 포스페이트의 물리적 혼합물, 알킬, 아릴, 아르알킬 또는 시클로알킬 작용기 인것을 특징으로하는 촉매 선구체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기포스페이트가 모노이소프로필 포스페이트, 디이소프로필로스페이트, 또는 그의 혼합물인것을 특징으로하는 촉매 선구체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기포스페이트가 페닐포스페이드 인것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 선구체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기포스페이트가 모노(n-부틸)포스페이트, 디(n-부틸)포스페이트, 또는 그의 혼합물인것을 특징으로하는 촉매 선구체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디알킬리덴 아세톤이 하기 구조식 :을 가지고 상기 식에서R1-R6는 동일하거나 상이하고 수소, 알킬, 아릴, 아르알킬 또는 시클로알킬인것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 선구체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 디알킬디덴 아세톤이 디벤질리덴 아세톤인것을 특징으로하는 촉매 선구체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테트라-알킬 암모늄 히드록하이드가 테트라부틸 암모늄 히드록사이드인것을 특징으로하는 촉매 선구체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 안정화제가 아세토니트리 및 테트라하디로퓨란으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 선구체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 따른, 촉매 선구체 존재하에 수소로 연속 환원시킴의해 형성된 중합체 또는 공중합체의 올레핀 불포화의 선택적 수소화를 특징으로 하는 동종 콜로이드 팔리듐(O) 촉매.
- 올레핀 불포화 중합체 또는 공중합체를 수소화시키는 방법으로서, 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 따라서, 적어도 하나의 촉매 선구체를 선택하고;촉매 선구체 용액을 형성하기 위해 옹매내에 상기 선구체를 용해시키고;반응 혼합물을 형성하기 위해 상기 용매내에 중합체 또는 공중합체 용액에 상기 촉매 선구체용액을 첨가시키고 ; 수소를 상기 반응 혼합물에 도입시키고 ; 일종 콜로이드 팔라듐 촉매를 발생시키기 위해 수소 존재하에 상기 반응 혼합물을 접촉시키고; 4 내지 20시간동안 1-7MPa 압력하의 수소 대기하에 20℃-120℃온도로 상기 반응 혼합물을 계속해서 접속시키고, 수소 압력 및 촉매 활동도를 감소시킴에 의해 공정을 종결시키는 단계들로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 불포화 중합체 또는 공중합체를 수소화 시키는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 반응이 60-90℃온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 공정이 팔라듐이 결정화 되도록 하는 충분히 높은 온도까지 반응 혼합물을 가열시키거나 1MPa 이하로 수소압력을 감속시킴에 의해 종결시키는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 니트릴 러버가 공중합체로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리부타디엔 및 폴리이소프렌으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제15항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 선구체 용액이 적어도 두개의 분리된 단계로 중합체 또는 공중합체를 함유하는 용액에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제16항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 선구체 용액이 반응이 종결될때까지 선결된 일정한 속도로 중합체 또는 공중합체를 함유하는 용액에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
