Em uma disposição de circuito, com pelo menos uma área de memória (SB1...SBn) não volátil, deletável e gravável eletricamente, a cada área de memória (SB1...SBn) está associada uma memória indicadora (FS1...FSn) não volátil, gravável e deletável eletricamente, que está unida através de uma linha de endereçamento (BL1...BLn), uma linha de programação (PL) e uma linha de autenticação (AL) com a área de memória (SB1...SBn) associada, uma fonte de tensão de programação (PSQ) e um circuito de autenticação de dados (DAS), unido através de uma linha de dados (DL) com a área de memória, de tal modo que na alteração do conteúdo de uma área de memória (SB1...SBn), o estado da memória indicadora (FS1...FSn) correspondente é alterado e, após uma verificação do conteúdo de memória programada, a memória indicadora (FS1...FSn) é novamente levada ao seu estado básico.
